Mecha AI LLC — SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Effective: January 1, 2026
Mecha AI LLC ("Mecha AI") provides voice AI phone systems and related services to businesses. As part of our service, we send SMS/text messages to our business clients to notify them of important or urgent phone calls handled by our AI system, including appointment requests, emergency calls, and calls requiring immediate human follow-up.
By signing a Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement with Mecha AI that includes SMS notification services, and by providing a mobile phone number for SMS delivery, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Mecha AI related to the services described in your agreement.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may purchase Mecha AI's voice AI services without opting in to SMS notifications.
By providing a mobile phone number for SMS notifications and signing this Statement of Work, Client expressly consents to receive recurring automated text messages from Mecha AI LLC related to call notifications, appointment requests, and service alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies depending on call volume and the nature of the Client's business. Messages are sent only when triggered by a relevant phone call event (e.g., emergency call, appointment request, high-priority lead, or caller requesting human follow-up).
Message and data rates may apply. Mecha AI does not charge for SMS delivery, but standard carrier messaging rates from your wireless provider may apply.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Mecha AI. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may also opt out by emailing privacy@gomecha.ai or by contacting your Mecha AI account representative.

Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers (such as Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering text messages on our behalf.
